Personal training is a great way to fast track your progress, gain detailed feedback, tips, advice and undivided attention that just isn’t possible in the open class environment. There are several options for training privately, whether it is on a one to one basis, partners training together or a small private group. The great news is that the fee remains the same for up to 5 people!
With over 30 years of industry experience, you could not be any safer and Beko’s clients range from house husbands and housewives to office workers, artists, actors and several fully qualified Yoga Teachers!
Train at Home
People often find it easier to train in familiar surroundings. Your living room, garden or garage. Basically anywhere with sufficient space to do the type of work you want to focus on (in some cases, this might simply be enough space to roll out a yoga mat).
Home sessions can be done both face- to- face and virtually (you will need an internet connected camera e.g. phone, tablet or laptop and the Zoom meeting/conferencing App or Web portal).
Sessions at Work
Perhaps you have access to a suitable training space at your place of work? In some cases, it might mean a quick shift of a table or a chair, while for others nothing at all. Sessions can be scheduled to your convenience and you would not even have to leave the building!
At Your Chosen Venue
This might be your Local park, Gym or Leisure Centre for example. Please note that some gyms may require for you to pay either a studio/room rental fee or a guest fee in order for a trainer to gain access to your preferred venue. Any such costs are your own responsibility.
