This Training course teaches the full 2nd Series of the Budokon Yoga system, as taught in the tradition of Budokon, by it’s creator Cameron Shayne.
This strong and circular sequence of postures utilises zen meditation, classic martial arts transitions, arm balances, Ujjayi breath, and restorative poses to increase muscular strength, flexibility, concentration, and the cultivation of pure witness state. The 2nd series focuses on more complex martial arts sequencing, challenging arm balances, and deeper back bending.
In order to qualify for this course you must first be a certified Budokon Yoga Primary Series teacher.
