Join Beko Kaygee for an intensive look at the Budokon Mixed Movement curriculum.

Open to all levels from beginners and enthusiasts to BDK University Belt Holders & experienced movers. All are invited to participate, learn and move together.

- Visiting movers will get a feeling for the BDK practise (with a view to consider joining our International Mixed Movement University, family and community).

- BDK Yogis  (Teachers and Students) will be be able to build on their current practise and may also choose to delve into the world of Mobility, Agility & Mixed Movement to further enhance skill levels and complement any existing exercise, sport, athletic or yogic disciplines.

- BDK Mixed Movement Artists will have the opportunity to work on the requirements for their next belt level. All existing, registered White, Red & Blue Belts are invited to come and train, with guidance and advice provided to help you improve on technique.

BDK Students are advised to bring both grappling and sparring gear, as we are likely to cover more than just the Mixed Movement Kata. Mind Science is also on the menu and note books are recommended.

Workshop content may include: Sparring Skills (Striking, Defence and Countering), Arm Balance and Floating Skills (4 Stage Hand-standing, Calisthenics Conditioning and the Braking Method - Learning to Slow down your movements), Animal Locomotion (Fine tuning Bull Frog, Kimodo Dragon, Panther, Lion and Gorilla), Board Break Training, Kata Flow and Technical Breakdown, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (2nd Grappling Kata). Mind Science (Communication Part 2).
