LONDON - BUDOKON MIXED MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

A fun and inspirational afternoon packed full of Budokon Mixed Movement Arts, Yoga, Calisthenics and Marital Arts.

This full day of BDK Badassery is suitable for enthusiasts of all levels. From absolute beginners looking to be inspired by the practise to experienced Yogis, Martial Artists and Athletes looking for something more!

We will be covering a broad spectrum of BDK movement disciplines. So come to move, come to learn, come to play, come to be challenged, come to be inspired, come to make new friends, come to have fun or for all of the above!

Venue: 120a Lower Road, Canada Water, London. S.E.16 2UB. 

Time: 2 pm - 6 pm 

Cost:

£70 - Guests

£60 - B.D.K Yoga/Mobility/Calisthenics Teachers (must have been either certified or validated within the last 2 years)

£55 - B.D.K White Belts and 'No Belts'  (who are signed up to the Future Black Belt Training Programme)

£50 - B.D.K Red Belts & above (must be signed up to the new Budokon F.B.B Programme)
